Job Summary

• The Legal Manager will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance across Acciona Energía Philippines’ operations, supporting commercial contracts, financing transactions, energy agreements, corporate governance, and M&A activities.
• This position will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliant, risk-aware decisions, effective contract execution, and dispute management, enabling the company’s growth and operational excellence in the Philippine renewable energy sector.
