** Trellis Paradise is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts to provide routine daily nursing care to residents remotely. The position requires adherence to care plans, effective communication, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring a warm and supportive environment for residents. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary).
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
