  • 5-7 years property management experience
  • 2+ years community/property manager experience
  • Demonstrated ability to diffuse resident concerns
  • Proven effective leadership experience
  • Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to interact with senior executives
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Professional presentation and appearance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
