Job Summary

• The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying engineering quality and compliance initiatives that support capability teams across the BGS Engineering value stream.
• Responsibilities include standardizing and optimizing engineering processes aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS), advancing process excellence through data analytics, addressing technical trends and root causes, and supporting business critical initiatives through executive-level presentations and reporting.
• This position requires frequent collaboration with senior engineers and engineering leadership to resolve complex challenges and answer critical inquiries.

Salary

Experienced-level (Level 3): $93,500 – $144,900; Senior level (Level 4): $113,900– $177,100; Benefits: Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, retirement savings plans, and other programs.
