Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid-level Associate for their Insurance Regulatory & Transactions Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will work on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters within the insurance industry

Job Summary

  • This is a location flexible position primarily with a team that frequently works across the GT platform.
  • The associate will support the firm’s title insurance practice in a broad range of matters including regulatory due diligence in connection with insurance entity mergers and acquisitions, state insurance department examinations, applications, and licensing matters, and new product or program development.
