Job Summary
The Medical Assistant Training Coach partners with Learning and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding and training experience for new and existing team members.
This role is responsible for leading practical skills training using an organized, competency-based model and supporting Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients.
The position requires a graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or RMA certification, along with experience using an EHR and urgent care experience.

Key Requirements
Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or RMA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical Assistant experience preferred
2+ years of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years

CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, or NRCMA certification
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (LPN/RN), EMT (National Registry), or CNA accepted at time of hire
