Job Summary

  • The Medical Assistant Training Coach partners with Learning and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding and training experience for new and existing team members.
  • This role is responsible for leading practical skills training using an organized, competency-based model and supporting Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients.
  • The position requires a graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or RMA certification, along with experience using an EHR and urgent care experience.

Key Requirements

  • Training or related experience
  • Experience using an EHR
  • Urgent care experience
  • CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, or NRCMA certification
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (LPN/RN), EMT (National Registry), or CNA accepted at time of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
