The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs, transporting them to new rooms or medical tests, and ensuring a calm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies
