Lead strategic property initiatives, business development projects, and M&A activities across Southeast Asia.
Manage property projects up to RM10M and assist on larger projects up to RM80M, conducting market studies and financial analysis.
Oversee project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination, while managing and mentoring team members.
