Job Summary

  • This hands-on general maintenance role will perform skilled trade tasks to assist in maintaining facilities, (i.e., plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, furniture moving and snow removal).
  • Utilize work order system to schedule and complete maintenance requests, and perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting with moving furniture, heavy equipment and supplies, snow removal, attending college functions, serving on committees and attending community events.
