The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching and developing a group of associates to ensure daily production expectations for high-quality medical devices are met.
This role requires overseeing manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) programs while promoting a zero-accident culture.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and the ability to work flexible schedules including odd shifts.

Key Requirements
