Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced preferred
  • 8+ years HR leadership in employee benefits
  • Experience with defined benefit and 403(b) plans
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, ACA compliance
  • Workday HRIS experience required
  • Professional credentials preferred (CEBS, CFP, ARM-E, CCP, SPHR)
  • Experience in union environment desirable
