Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Five years of experience with SQPE and performance improvement programs
  • Experience with Joint Commission, HFAP or CMS surveys
  • Certified Patient Safety Professional (CPPS) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Certifications with two years of hire
