Must-have
3D CAD (Solidworks)
Japanese at business level
Analysis of manufacturing defects
Improvement of manufacturing processes
Design modification for improvements
Modify manufacturing working instruction
Nice-to-have
Experience design of medical equipment
Knowledge of material properties
Fluid and piping design experience
Designing and implementing unique tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in field with 2+ years exp.
College or university graduate level
Ability to communicate with related departments
Ability to respond flexibly to unexpected business situations
