The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Right of Way activities for various infrastructure developments, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective project progression.

Job Summary
This is a unique and pivotal leadership role responsibilities for the effective planning, coordination and management of all activities related to securing, preparing and maintaining the Right of Way for various infrastructure developments with the Qiddiya master plan.
The successful candidate will ensure that all ROW-related works are executed safely, efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and in close coordination with all construction packages to prevent delays and facilitate seamless project progression.
