Alcon is seeking a Training & Product Coaching Manager for its Vision Care division, based in Budapest, Hungary, to drive clinical and commercial performance across Hungary and Romania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vision care or ophthalmology, excellent training and communication skills, and a willingness to spend significant time in the field

Job Summary

  • This role drives clinical and commercial performance of the Vision Care portfolio across Hungary, Romania, and selected neighboring markets.
  • The position requires spending the majority of working time in the field conducting joint visits and providing hands-on coaching to business teams.
