The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing residents for ingestion and reporting any errors or reactions.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
