Job Summary

  • The Governance and Service Management Global Lead is responsible for managing the Global Business Services (GBS) relationship with the Managed service provider and contract governance.
  • This role leads change order governance, contract updates, and coordinates governance structures with the MSP, including various meeting cadences.
  • The position also owns GBS service management, performance reporting, customer relationships with key stakeholders, and serves as the Finance@work (ServiceNow) Product Owner.
