Job Summary
This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of critical process equipment, utilities, and building systems supporting research and development activities.
You will lead day-to-day plant engineering support across the CSL Melbourne site, including maintenance, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and start-ups for process equipment and utilities.
The position requires ensuring all engineering activities comply with cGMP requirements, cleanroom principles, and safety standards while participating in on-call support.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
5-7 years experience in plant or facilities operations

Experience with complex process equipment such as bioreactors
Understanding of FDA, TGA, and OGTR regulatory frameworks
Nice-to-have
Experience with Siemens PCS7 automation systems
