  • Expertise in estimating software and benchmarking tools

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
  • Professional certification in project management like AACE or RICS
  • Intermediate to Expert level in Excel, Project, and Smartsheet
  • Excellent communication skills with executive clients
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects
