Job Summary

• This role will lead research and early pipeline communications efforts across BMS’ Neuroscience, Immunology & Cardiovascular (ICV), and Integrative Sciences portfolios, ensuring a consistent and differentiated communications approach for external scientific collaborations and platform innovations.
• Responsibilities include leading communications around early asset data and regulatory milestones, partner announcements, medical congresses, scientific forums, and speaking opportunities for research leaders, driving earned, owned, and paid media strategies with an emphasis on creative storytelling and thought leadership.
• The position requires strong collaboration across Corporate Affairs and close partnership with Research, Medical, Development, Commercial, Investor Relations, and agency partners, contributing to integrated communications planning for the broader Research organization.
