  • The Sr. Manager, Trade Compliance will be responsible for administering the company’s trade compliance program and working with the company’s Director of Trade Compliance and Legal Department to implement appropriate controls to ensure the company’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
  • The role involves managing all export licensing requirements, including license determinations, transaction management, execution, recordkeeping, and auditing, as well as conducting Jurisdiction, Product Classification and HTS/Schedule B for products and software.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8+ years related work experience
  • Robust knowledge of ITAR and EAR
  • US citizen
  • Experience managing government contracts subject to ITAR
  • Previous experience as an Empowered Official
