Job Summary
Your mission will be to be responsible for being the link between sales and operations for events at the hotel, ensuring compliance with service standards and turning our clients into fans.
Realization of projects from the moment the file is received, follow-up of subsequent payments until final payment and billing closure, always reporting payment incidents to the reference MICE back office and even to the GSO in case of payment problems.
