The consultant will work with client project teams to design analytics strategies and resolve complex reporting issues associated with the Workday application.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years Data Modelling Experience
4+ years HCM reporting or Workday Reporting Experience
3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience
Knowledge of financial terminologies and core design principles
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Nice-to-have
Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices
Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages
Strong consulting and presentation skills
Ability to mentor and share best practices with team members
General understanding of APIs and Security/Data Governance
