Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's Outlets, seeking out customers to understand their needs and assisting them.
Monitors merchandise entering and leaving the store entrances and exits, detects common signs of shoplifting, and ensures compliance with housekeeping standards.
Completes freight and merchandising fulfillments, processes returns, coordinates and supports deliveries, and inspects and cleans interior and exterior areas.
