Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications commonly used in the facility as ordered by physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication processes and ensure resident safety.
Maintain a friendly and productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and other facility personnel while adhering to confidentiality and facility policies.
