Pfizer Venezuela S.A is seeking a Senior Manager for its US Vaccines Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance vaccine implementation and utilization, requiring extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of tactics to enable the marketing plan increasing vaccine implementation/utilization including- Reminder Recall/Adherence programs, Health Information Technology Strategy & Execution, key external partnerships that advance vaccine implementation.
  • You will participate in high performing cross-functional team with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
