Must-have
Civil Engineering or Architecture degree
3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of SPHERE standards
AutoCAD and mapping software skills
Experience with shelter needs assessments

Sensitivity to cultural and gender needs
Experience with humanitarian reform process
Program management and reporting expertise
Key Requirements
High School Diploma plus 3 years experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years experience
Essential knowledge of SPHERE standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS, and digital photographic equipment
