Job Summary

  • This role focuses on driving business transformation and operational excellence by conducting in-depth analysis of current Real Estate Services (RES) business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and actively participating in initiatives to re-engineer and digitize workflows.
  • Develop solutions via analytical dashboards or BI/workflow tools to improve existing process models and data analytics that meet industry and firm standards.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, providing guidance and support.
