Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics
At least five years of experimental experience in semiconductor device design and fabrication
At least five years of post-graduate experimental experience in silicon carbide and related materials
Experience in attracting and securing funding for research activity
