Job Summary
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for daily execution of freight management including managing LSPs, contract allocation, and verifying freight invoices against contracted volume and rate.
This role serves as the single point of contact for daily freight issues and enquiries from sites, regional, and other departments while supporting continuous improvement projects related to freight and transport activities.
The position supports multiple export sites with an estimated volume of ~160 kMT Cocoa and ~30kMT Chocolate, handling over 450 invoices monthly with a total freight-rate invoice value of approximately 6-8 million CHF.

Key Requirements
Bachelor/Diploma in SC/Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum 5+ years experience in Transportation/Freight and Distribution
Experience in matrix organizations within manufacturing or B2B
Proficient in English and preferably one local/Asian language
Deep knowledge of SC/Logistics, Transport and Warehousing processes
