** Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a Full-time Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education and a valid nursing assistant certification, demonstrating empathy and a strong commitment to resident care. **

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical and record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and keeping residents dry.
