Job Summary
Coordinate, analyze, and optimize transport operations, ensuring efficient unit usage, customer service levels, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Assign transport units based on safety, service level, and profitability, and monitor units from dispatch to arrival, recording times and incidents.
Manage fleet and driver documentation, validate waybills, control trip information, and administer tolls, advances, and reimbursements.
