  • Lead the global, end-to-end implementation of the Robotics Travel Program by establishing the required travel operations, technologies, vendors, policies, and integrations for the standalone Robotics organization.
  • Own market deployment governance, managing rollout plans, readiness assessments, milestones, cutover activities, testing cycles, UAT execution, hyper care, acceptance criteria, and timely resolution of escalations, incidents, and change requests.
  • Drive change management and user enablement through stakeholder communications, training, knowledge articles, FAQs, and end-user support, ensuring strong adoption, policy compliance, and seamless user experience.
