Job Summary
This role will lead fundraising, partnerships, and strategic initiatives while building the operational infrastructure required to scale the Foundation’s impact.
Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO, the CDSO will design and implement development strategies, cultivate high-value relationships, create flagship initiatives, and establish policies and systems that strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
The Chief Development & Strategy Officer (CDSO) will serve as a key architect of the Foundation’s growth strategy and a primary external ambassador.
