AdventHealth is seeking a Leadership Institute Program Coordinator to manage and implement leadership programs, ensuring alignment with clinical and executive leaders. Job Summary

  • Partners with clinical and executive leaders to ensure program alignment and manages the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Leadership Institute programs.
  • Onboards candidates, continuously builds the candidate pipeline, and manages ongoing relationships, while also facilitating Leadership Development Trainings/Courses as requested.
  • Plans program aspects such as location reservation, catering, agenda planning, and communication with executives, while also gathering presentation materials and coordinating with A/V and external presenters.
