This role serves as the technical authority for designing safe, explainable, and trusted Agentic AI systems within the Autonomous Networks Programme.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end architecture covering data ingestion, reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration while ensuring compliance with IMDA and InfoSec policies.
You will work hands-on to prototype solutions, integrate with enterprise operational platforms like ServiceNow and NMS, and mentor engineers through code and design reviews.

7+ years AI/ML engineering experience
Production Agentic AI system design
RAG pipeline implementation with vector DBs
LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, vLLM)
Prompt engineering and evaluation design
Enterprise OSS platform integration
Hands-on coding and prototyping capability
Nice-to-have
Telco or critical infrastructure domain knowledge
Experience with NMS, EMS, NETCONF/YANG protocols
Familiarity with TM Forum Autonomous Network Model
Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
Experience with Cisco NSO or Nokia CloudBand
Understanding of regulatory audit requirements
AWS or Microsoft Agentic AI certifications
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years in AI/ML engineering or solution architecture
At least 1 year production experience with Agentic AI systems
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
