Job Summary
Lead the quality organization for the Curtiss-Wright Aircraft Arresting Systems business unit, ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and U.S. Government contractual requirements.
Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements, driving continuous improvement and ensuring audit readiness.
Provide leadership across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Continuous Improvement, Process Adherence, BU KPIs and Metrics, and Risk Management.
