The role requires participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
You will be expected to ensure sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care for all residents.

Key Requirements
