This role offers a unique opportunity to research and optimize state-of-the-art model compression methods for CNNs and Language Models on NXP's embedded systems.
Candidates will integrate discriminative and generative models into an internal Model Zoo while automating benchmarking across accuracy, latency, and memory footprint.
The position provides hands-on experience in a multinational environment with the possibility to join NXP's Young Professional Talent Pool.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow libraries
Strong Python programming and software development skills
Knowledge of CNNs and Generative models like LLMs/VLMs
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with model compression techniques
Experience with edge AI deployment frameworks
RESTful API development with FastAPI
Linux and Git proficiency
OpenAI-compatible inference endpoint experience
