Job Summary
The Senior Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the Summer Academy leadership team to ensure successful implementation of positive behavioral and trauma-informed strategies.
This temporary full-time position requires living on campus in dorms at least twice per week and working approximately 40 hours including nights and weekends.
The role involves supervising youth during activities, coordinating case manager visits, and teaching social-emotional skills through athletics and structured workshops.
