Job Summary

  • The Associate Specialist supports the Site Learning & Development team by executing tactical day-to-day L&D activities including supporting continuous improvement projects, administrative duties, and planning and managing logistics of the learning activities at the site.
  • Key responsibilities include system champion duties for multiple systems, compliance maintenance, report running from an LMS, and driving automation and efficiency continuous improvement opportunities.
