Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Progressive experience in manufacturing, operations development, or operational excellence roles
Demonstrated experience leading Operational Excellence initiatives
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Experience partnering with manufacturing site leadership
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willing to travel mainly to factories within own Region
