• Foresters perform identification, inspection, and evaluation of trees and brush along utility lines, submitting inspection results with recommendations to clients.
• The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating tree clearance crews, discussing and negotiating access issues, and serving as a liaison between clients, tree crews, and customers.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resources degree or related field OR high school diploma plus two years of UVM experience
• Previous Vegetation management experience preferred
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with GIS integrated data collection software/hardware preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• ISA Arborist certification preferred
