Must-have
7+ years financial services experience
Big 4 valuation background required
AIFM and Luxembourg regulatory knowledge
Investment committee memo review
NAV reconciliation expertise
MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Nice-to-have
CFA or CAIA certification preferred
Digital transformation initiative experience
Offshore resource management skills
Strong coaching and development mindset
Fluent in English written and oral
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
Minimum 7 years relevant financial services industry experience
Prior experience in a Big 4 firm required
Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies
Knowledge of local AIFM and Luxembourg Funds regulations
