Job Summary

  • Under the supervision of the Access Coordinator Supervisor and/or Program Director, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities for faculty and clinical providers.
  • This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support, including but not limited to processing phone calls, checking patients in/out, scheduling, patient registration, and monitoring time-sensitive patient records, such as referrals and consents.

Key Requirements

  • Three (3) years of customer service experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with staff
  • Familiarity with office machines
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
