Job Summary
As a key person contributing to the development of the fashion boutique business, you will manage the boutique under the manager.
You will be responsible for demonstrating and positively influencing fashion advisors, showing organizational policies and goals to staff, and understanding and developing staff.
Main responsibilities include creating and executing boutique sales plans, negotiating with department stores and vendors, planning and executing events, managing inventory and finances, and managing and developing fashion advisors.
