Job Summary
As an Account Team Lead, your key objective will be to increase the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network by managing a team that handles a large portfolio of emerging and high growth supply partners.
Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team performance, identifying performance gaps, and formulating action plans to address them.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, a minimum of 8 years in an operational or execution role, and at least 4 years of senior supervisory/team management experience.
