  • Responsible for the examination of raw title data obtained from the Abstract of Title and other real property documentation to determine risks and exceptions related to the subject property.
  • Maintain effective communication with all necessary parties involved in the Title Commitment process to ensure seamless, timely delivery of title commitments and policies.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring four days on site with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
