Job Summary

  • You will be the direct interface to the 1st level support of the local Zeiss organizations and perform installations of new equipment on-site at customers.
  • You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of our devices (by phone, remotely, and on-site) and act as a brand ambassador for ZEISS worldwide.
  • You will prepare and conduct technical training for 1st Level Support and our customers in English.
