Job Summary
The Transaction Management Strategic Implementation Manager serves as a critical connector between strategy and execution within the Institutional Services Transaction Management (TM) organization.
This role supports the development, enhancement, and rollout of standardized negotiation processes, diligence governance, and operational controls that strengthen TM’s role as an independent risk-management function.
The role partners closely with the IS Transaction Management Leadership Team, Transaction Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and senior leadership to ensure that new processes and standards are executed consistently and effectively across market segments.
